TasksAlong with the growth of the automotive production planning work at BBA in Shenyang our vehicle engineering needs excellent IT Project Management, IT Development and IT Delivery.You will work in devops teams as a business analysist, scum master or project manager that focus on IT products to support the Technical Planning Departments, Logistic Planning Department as well as the Layout Planners at BBA. Therefore you will be responsible for application delivery and application management in those areas.Explicitly you will manage the essential IT link between the Engineering and the Production divisions. You will be accountable for the applications that are necessarily to plan the production processes during the car development process to provide the necessary input to ensure the product can be produced in time, quality and budget. The mentioned applications are used to setup the routings, simulation of production and value flows, creation of production layouts and evaluation of the ergonomic issues of the manually carried out processes (incl. the related data management).Close cooperation with BMW and BBA technical planning departments is the key to this role, we are looking for a communicator who can understand the needs of the business and deliver IT solutions to match those needs.You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a process oriented manner, using standard ITIL processes to manage releases and configuration of Production Planning Design applications as well as the standard IT service management processes.You will be responsible for planning budgets for application delivery, application management and agile projects, managing licenses for commercial software and interfacing to infrastructure operations and other devops teams in BMW and BBA.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT projects Responsible to accomplish the aims of IT projects using agile methodology and tools, according to time, quality and budget.
